I've found daytime service to be very hit and miss, the waitresses seem too preoccupied with the male patrons to help any women wanting food or drinks.
The evening service is always incredible, unfortunately during the weekend we had a horrible experience with a new waitress, but the manager was quick to fix our situation and made sure we were satisfied.
